Arsenal have signed 24-year-old winger Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge on a long-term contract, the club announced.
The player will wear number 17. Completion of the transfer remains subject to regulatory processes.
Tzolis made 108 appearances for Club Brugge in all competitions, scoring 43 goals and providing 45 assists. He won the Belgian league and domestic cup with the club.
The Greece international can operate on either wing. Before moving to Belgium, he played for PAOK, Norwich City, Twente and Fortuna Düsseldorf.
Arsenal did not disclose the transfer fee or the precise length of the contract in its official announcement.
