Former Arsenal defender Mikael Silvestre has urged the London club to consider signing Bradley Barcola, according to the publication that obtained his comments.

Silvestre based his recommendation on the 23-year-old winger’s performances for PSG and France, his age and Arsenal’s ambitions.

“That would be an obvious choice for both the player and the club to go for. For Bradley on what he's done with PSG, what he's done with the national team, the time of his career, still young, and what Arsenal is trying to build. Retain the title, try to win the Champions League. It's a green light on my side, 100%.” — Mikael Silvestre

Barcola’s PSG contract runs until the summer of 2028. The report notes that he is not guaranteed a starting place amid competition from Desire Doue, Ousmane Dembele and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

There is no confirmation that Arsenal have submitted an offer or opened negotiations. Reports of Arsenal interest and references to Liverpool remain transfer speculation rather than evidence of a confirmed pursuit.
