Searches for trips to Uzbekistan rose 54% in June compared with the same month of 2025.
Bookings through travel services increased by 45.6%, while flight bookings were up 23%. Demand grew fastest among users in the United States and Japan, with the United Kingdom, South Korea, Germany and France also among the leading markets.
Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara remain the main destinations. Interest in Khiva has also increased noticeably over the past year.
Almost 83% of confirmed bookings are for travel from July through September, the peak tourism season.
More than 6.56 million foreign nationals visited Uzbekistan in the first half of the year. Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan supplied the largest numbers, while arrivals from China, Türkiye, India and Germany also increased.
