Medical and pharmaceutical workers with at least 15 years of service at state healthcare institutions can apply online for a housing subsidy.
The state will cover part of the down payment on a mortgage. Applications are accepted through the my.gov.uz unified public services portal and the MyGov mobile app.
Applicants must meet three main conditions:
- have worked at a state healthcare institution for at least 15 years;
- choose an apartment on the primary housing market;
- pass an automated online eligibility check.
The home does not have to be bought in the applicant’s place of work or permanent registration. Participants may choose a newly built apartment in any region of Uzbekistan.
Each quarter, the system will randomly select 125 subsidy recipients from eligible applicants. The selection process is automated.
The service is fully online and does not require an in-person visit to a government office. After an application is submitted, the system checks the data and enters eligible candidates into the quarterly selection.
